5. Subscription and Payment

• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By using the Service, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services to provide functionality. These include:

• SnapTrade - For brokerage account connections (read-only access)
• Finnhub - For market data and price information
• Binance - For cryptocurrency market data
• Supabase - For authentication and data storage
• Stripe - For payment processing

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

7. Brokerage Connection Security

When you connect your brokerage account through SnapTrade:

• We only request read-only access to your account data
• We cannot execute trades or move funds on your behalf
• Your brokerage credentials are never stored on our servers
• You can disconnect your brokerage at any time

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit malware or other malicious code
• Collect user data without authorization
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our consent

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradesConsole and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Technical issues or outages
• Third-party service disruptions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradesConsole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

• Service interruption or data loss
• Errors in analytics or AI recommendations
• Third-party service failures

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• You may request export of your data within 30 days
• We may delete your data after the retention period

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
